Graduation is the highlight of our academic year, and we’re excited to celebrate your hard work and achievements with your friends and family!

Key Details:

• Date & Time: 11 AM on November 11, 2025
• Venue: Johara Ballroom, Madinat Jumeirah Conference & Events Centre, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St, Al Sufouh 1, Dubai
• Registration: Graduate registration and guest ticket purchase closes October 17th. You can only register and purchase tickets once you are deemed eligible and receive your invitation email.

Graduate Tickets

Each graduate ticket costs AED 300, which includes your participation in the ceremony and 1 complimentary guest ticket free of charge. 

Additional Guest Tickets:

• Cost: AED 300 per person.
• Children under 3: Free of charge.

To make sure everyone gets a fair chance to secure guest tickets for the graduation ceremony, we are limiting guest tickets to 6 per graduate, subject to availability.

After completing your registration and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approximately 3 days before the ceremony, you’ll get an email with your electronic tickets for yourself and your guests.

What’s Included in Your Ticket:

• Venue: The ceremony is hosted at a 5-star hotel known for its impeccable service. The ballroom is equipped with the latest audiovisual technology.
• Catering: The ticket includes a post-ceremony canapé reception with cocktail-style service, offering a selection of gourmet bites and beverages.
• Amenities and Services: The pricing also covers various amenities and services that contribute to creating an unforgettable celebration for you and your guests.

What's Not Included in Your Ticket

• Photography and graduation attire are not included in the ticket cost. These are extra costs, and you can find more details on the graduation page: https://www.uowdubai.ac.ae/graduation
